Since 2002 Eversfield Consultants has provided specialist project support services to clients in the property sector throughout the UK. Services include project management, asset management, condition assessment, lifecycle modelling, and management services.
Our clients include some of the largest companies and investors in the PFI and PBSA sectors together with many household names in the construction and asset management sector.
Eversfield has an enviable reputation for delivering solutions in demanding or challenging circumstances. We have worked with many of our key clients over a number of years and a variety of projects. We regard this as sound testimony to our delivery and focus.

These are split into three categories: Project Management, Surveying, and Asset Management.
Project Management
Eversfield provide project and support services to clients within the PFI and property sectors. Services include technical advisory, interim management solutions, and support in matters of dispute and non-performance. Much of this service is confidential and can be offered as an integrated part of an existing team or on a stand-alone basis.
Surveying
Eversfield provide a number of services based around on-site data collection and surveying. These include condition surveys and defects surveys, as well as the production and maintenance of asset databases. Surveys can be done from scratch or using existing information held by clients or asset managers.
We use our own bespoke systems to collect and process existing project data. This allows rapid formation of project structures and gives us the ability to handle large amounts of data quickly, efficiently, and securely.
Our systems allow this information to be created and collected efficiently and the combination ensures high levels of accuracy and data integrity over traditional methods.
All condition surveys, defects surveys and asset databases are carried out by our highly experienced team. Our surveyors record condition data (including photographs, bar codes etc.) for all building components or assets directly into the system via iPads, thereby minimising the need for data manipulation and reducing the risk of corruption.
On survey completion, the data can either be analysed and managed directly within our own systems or exported in a variety of standard formats for return and analysis by the client.
We are also able to supply our system and expertise directly to a client for on-site use by their own team. Clients supply specific project data, which is used to configure and issue the surveys to them. On-site collection is arranged by the client, and survey files are returned for extraction and final delivery.

Asset Management
Eversfield offers a complete service for lifecycle and cost management either on a stand-alone basis or as an end-to-end process integrated into on-site surveys and asset management. This includes expenditure profiling, analysis and reporting, cost and schedule optimisation, procurement advice, and full asset lifecycle modelling.
These are all made possible from the powerful analysis offered by our systems, providing greater detail at a faster time than through alternative methods. Further benefits include improvements in data integrity, better data governance and control over data access and manipulation. An automated and integrated process reduces the manual input required, improving accuracy and engagement, as well as reducing frustration which often leaves models neglected.
Our aim throughout is to provide detailed and accurate information to inform and support client decision-making and optimise costs for the duration of the project. This contributes to better asset management.
